fix: upgrade golang.org/x/text to v0.39.0 and go 1.26.5 to resolve govulncheck CVEs (#2786) 
Resolves:
- GO-2026-5970: golang.org/x/text v0.38.0 -> v0.39.0
- GO-2026-5856: crypto/tls (stdlib) go1.26.4 -> go1.26.5
- GO-2026-4970: os (stdlib) go1.26.4 -> go1.26.5

Updates all 6 modules (KubeArmor, tests, protobuf, deployments,
KubeArmorController, KubeArmorOperator) to ensure govulncheck
passes cleanly in CI.
