Fix CI: rustfmt and keep GUI deps off the Linux lib job 
Make xcap/winit/pixels/image optional under the default `gui` feature so
`cargo clippy/test --lib --no-default-features` no longer needs dbus on
Ubuntu. Format main.rs for rustfmt.
