Fix macOS overlay launch: faster capture, no Space thrash, Raycast-safe 
Drop osascript fullscreen exit and slow focus hacks; capture immediately
and show a high-level CanJoinAllSpaces overlay. Avoid mutually exclusive
NSWindowCollectionBehavior flags that aborted under Raycast, harden
