lakshit verma 9e221418dc ci: bump golangci-lint to v2.12.2 ... v1.64.8 was built with Go 1.24, but go.mod targets go 1.25.12, so the lint step failed with "the Go language version used to build golangci-lint is lower than the targeted Go version". v2.12.2 is built with Go 1.26 and loads the module.		2026-08-08 01:04:50 +05:30
